1. Digital Products & AI Services
All purchases of digital products (e-videos) and AI song-making services from DIGITAL ASIA STUDIO SDN. BHD (1497223-M) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not provide refunds once access is granted.

2. No Refund, No Return
Once payment has been made and your product or service has been delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be issued — including cases of change of mind.

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)
If you do not receive your e-video access link or service within 24 hours after purchase, or encounter technical issues preventing access, please contact us with:

• Proof of purchase (transaction ID, payment receipt)

• A brief description of the issue
  We will assist in resolving the problem, but no refunds will be given.

4. Service Logs & Verification
Our system records all content access and service usage. These logs may be used to verify claims and assist in troubleshooting.
